2021 BT50/DMAX Exhaust System

Made with 304 grade Stainless steel, our systems are built to last. We choose this for its ability to handle heat cycles better then 316 grade. Expertly TIG welded in house from custom made jigs, to ensure proper clearance and the perfect fit. Joining the exhaust sections are machined, quick release, V-band joins which will allow optimal flow and no leaks; plus allow rotation should you ever need to tweak the alignment of your exhaust. All exhausts utilize a braided flex bellow to help absorb any engine movement. Factory rubber hangers are used to hold the system in place and ensure easy fitment.

Exhaust Gas Temperature port (EGT) is installed but comes with a brass bung should you not require its use.

Options for this exhaust include; 200 cell high flow Cat & Resonator, Cat only, Straight pipe. This will determine the sound your exhaust produces. Our most popular options are Cat & Res or Cat only.

Catalytic Convertor – Designed to reduce emissions by converting them into less harmful substances, they can also be beneficial for reducing drone and stopping vnt turbo's from over boosting.

Resonator – Designed to cancel out certain frequencies of sound to create a more pleasant balanced note, and less drone.

Cat & Res - Smooth note inside and outside the vehicle, not overly loud.  (Quietest option)

Cat only - Deep grumpy note. Quite loud outside vehicle ( Second loudest option )

Straight Pipe –  Raw and intense sound, rough note. (Our loudest option)
