Refund policy

Warranty 

Lux Fab offers a 5-year warranty, from purchase date, on all products manufactured by us. This includes fabrication of exhaust systems and engine performance products. We do not offer a warranty on our DIY parts as they are not manufactured by Lux Fab or Lux Fab brand. 

All warranty claims and repairs are subject to visual inspection to determine the fault of the item. Warranty will be voided if the item has been tampered with. This includes but is not limited to: customizing by adding or taking parts from the item, attempting to repair the item yourself, general wear and tear.

Refunds & Returns

Lux Fab asks that customers inspect their order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if they receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please choose your products carefully, as we do not offer refunds or returns on processed and dispatched orders unless they are compromised in some way or unless otherwise stated. 

Lux Fab reserves the right to refuse a refund or return due to the following reasons: change of mind, product use resulting in a non-saleable product, product incompatibility due to vehicle modification.

Lux Fab reserves the right to cancel, an order that it has previously accepted. We may do this for example, but without limitation, where:

  •  "Our" suppliers are unable to supply items that they have previously promised to supply.
  •  An event beyond "our" control, such as storm, fire, flood, earthquake, terrorism, power failure, war, strike or failure of computer systems, means that Lux Fab is unable to supply the Goods within a reasonable time;
  • Goods ordered were subject to an error on the Website, for example, in relation to a description, price or image, which was not discovered prior to the Order being accepted.

Any potential refunds and returns claims will need to be assessed by a Team Member of Lux Fab. Photo's and Video evidence of the item may be required upon assessment. Please note that fee's may occur if the refund or return is approved, to cover administrative costs.
